"We had a really good time and we recommend the hotel."

"Wifi didn’t work anywhere in the rooms. There is otherwise no cell service on the property. The amenities were closed for all 3 days of the stay as they were booked for training (this should be made known upon booking if you advertise as a spa) and the staff was useless. Staff did not make us aware on check in that in order to get the rooms refreshed the next morning the guests have to call before 10 am. Would not stay here- complete mess of a hotel."

"Stayed one night Friday to Saturday last day before the schools break up, so got a very reasonably priced room, which turned out to be a large room on 1st floor with Super King sized bed, so very comfortable stay. :) Ensuite bathroom spacious. Lift available to the first floor. Saw nice looking gym on ground floor and nice lounge area. Can't comment on breakfast as we did not have it."

"I booked a room but all night there were banging doors outside my room as the main corridor door was right next to my room. I was also near the hotel entrance where there was a lot of banging. So not a great night sleep!"

"Apartment was clean and well resourced. On-site swimming pool was clean, with jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Staff were very helpful and communication through text message was excellent. Parking was in a main car park at the top of a very hilly site with a 40 yard walk to carry luggage up and down a fairly steep hill."

"Room was clean and tidy tho family room was smaller than expected but was only 2 adults and a toddler. Only downside to this hotel was no air con or would have got 5 stars for everything"
