Hotel murah di Waldeck

"Room was recently renovated, main issue was complete lack of kitchenette amenities despite paid extra for a kitchenette. No cutting knives, kettle or toaster, one ragged face cloth sized tea towel, no paper towel. No chairs to sit at the island to eat, despite website description stating the island was meant for eating. I provided this feedback to management and was told no chairs was because of the recent renovation and that we should have called the front desk for kitchen amenities. Seriously,...

"I never give negative feedback, but this hotel deserves it. The first room had nail clippings and hair on the bed sheets. After switching rooms, the second one had an overwhelming feet smell throughout the entire room. When I called the front desk for help, the staff were rude, handed me a duvet without even a clean sheet, and walked away without resolving the issue. Terrible cleanliness and even worse customer service."

"Very poorly maintained property from what we experienced. The bathroom door wouldn’t close. The door lock set on the bathroom door was installed backwards, so even if the door did close properly, you couldn’t lock it from inside the bathroom. The bathtub looked filthy. The bathtub was in dire need of a new shower diverter valve, there was more water coming out of the bathtub spout than the shower head. I was ankle deep in water by the time I finished showing. The fellow working the front desk...

"Great spot just off the TCH. Little noise as just down a hill from the highway. Front staff very helpful. Breakfast OK. Clean. Newer property. Mattress slides off the bed if you sit up against the wall lol Not enough pillows."

"Beds were made, garbage was half full, 3 soap bars, 1 was used, soap despenser in the shower was empty, not even the empty bottle was in the dispenser. Bed was very firm. Cup o noodle package was taped over the smoke detector. Good hot water and water pressure, check in was easy Micriwave and fridge were clean, A/C worked great."
