"Yes, horribly neglected. There was zero cleaning supplies in the room. There was only a boat two sheets of toilet paper left on the roll with no extra look like somebody threw up outside the room door that had been there for several weeks stains on the walls the little Chinese guy came out. "Room did not match the photos accompanying the website viewed while making the reservation. Those photos showed a full size fridge and a toaster. There was only the usual mini-fridge and no toaster. Not a big deal, but still... not exactly honest.
There was a hair stuck to the bathroom sink. A little careless. Maybe the cleaning staff are overworked. Front desk staff were nice, professional, no problem there."
