"Parking was easy and accessible, breakfast and all dining was excellent. Staff were helpful and extremely polite.The Room was clean but a bit worn. The hotel could do with a lift , carrying luggage up and down stairs for elderly guests is quite wearing."

"This is my first time staying at Ty hotel. I normally stay opposite in the Holiday Inn.. This is 1 millions times better than IHG. It is a fantastic, new hotel. It is immaculate and really comfortable. The rooms are big and well appointed. The restaurant, Casa looked great. Staff were excellent. Magda on reception was really helpful as was her colleague For the money, it is incredible value. I will be staying on this side of the Coldra roundabout now!"

"Plenty of parking spaces. Foyer is very nice and welcoming. Room is spacious. It has air con which is not as efficient as I’d hoped but the room wasn’t hot, although we were there during a heat wave. Hotel is clean. Easy check in/out. Remember to put your number plate onto tablet when you check in."
