"Great location, beautifully decorated room and good quality bedding, towels, toiletries etc. However .. our room (9) was TINY .. the gap on one side of the bed was approx 8 inches between the bed and the wall so very difficult to navigate safely particularly at night without stubbing your toe on the one side or bumping into to door handle on the other. "Good location. However when we arrived we were not given the type of room we'd reserved, 3 months ahead of time. The staff did not really care about what we'd booked on expedia after I showed the confirmation, they said it wasn't binding to them. The hotel was full so no other room was available. The room was fine, had a lovely view but we'd booked two beds so they had to bring up a single bed which obviously used up a lot of space. This distracted from our experience of expecting better...

"The hotel is right in the centre of Cardiff with a really nice bar area where you can sit outside in good weather. It has a nice atmosphere and Brown's restaurant serves very good food for dinner and breakfast. The room was not small, clean and the staff were friendly. The car park is very handy being attached to the hotel. I would deffinately recommend this hotel."
