"No coffee. Old outdated rooms. TVs did have Chromecast and WiFi was excellent. Gym staff were rude. Any other newer hotel like Holiday Inn Suites, Express or Hampton would be better. Not sure why anyone would book here. It's far away from everything."

"We had an unexpected cancelation with another place, we had to find something rapidly since it was 10 pm on a Sunday. We booked it and arrived 5 minutes later, they already had us in their system and the clerk there warmly welcomed us. As we didn't have had dinner, they offered to warm up the few things we had with us. They were very helpful and were foreseeing her needs. We had an issue with our car's lock, so they kindly offered to put it in the closed parking."

"The restaurant and bar have wonderful food and drinks. Their signature dish, Sea Bass, is always yummy. Breakfast is hearty and satisfying. The grounds are beautiful and scenic with lots of vegetation, trees and butterflies. It’s our 2nd time enjoying Hotel Bougainvillea. We’ll be back!"

The behavior I experienced was not only completely unprofessional but also overtly discriminatory. I previously attempted to share an honest account of this experience, but the review was rejected. Travelers deserve to know that the service here falls far short of standard hospitality ethics, and the bias shown by the staff was entirely unacceptable. I cannot recommend...

"Es limpio , cómodo pero pequeño, apenas para una estáis Arabia y el desayuno es básico, en ocasiones hay que esperar un poco a que vuelvan a poner más comida pero es ok para una persona sola o pareja"
