"The room was dingy and noisy from motocycles and stomping above us. We were never able to connect to the TV after following the instructions at least three times. Tried calling the front desk but no one answered after many rings. Won't stay there again. And the "Lakeview" room was NOT a lake but a catch basin and blocked by large campers and RV's parked along the side."

"Older and very basic. Very small bathroom. Entire place is bare minimum and put together on a budget. I regret having taken my wife there on a very nice trip. Glad we only stayed one night."

"I thought the property mentioned it was 6 minutes from Bryce Canyon. It was not but it was about 12 miles or so from the entrance. Still a fairly good location. The room was clean and the property with only 4 rooms was cute. The walls were thin and you could hear loudly the upstairs toilet flush. I am fortunate as I always travel my sound machine to block out noise. The pillows were too fluffy for me causing my neck to hurt. The second night I used the extra blanket for my pillow. "This place is so run down, it was fine because we only stayed one night but the kicker is we had to pay an $11 resort fee. This is not a resort, it had a run down pool that's it. "This place is about 13 miles from Bryce Canyon National Park. We came on a clear night’s get and the sky was amazing. The beds were just ok but comfortable. The s’mores were great. I would come again."

"Good location for visiting Bryce Canyon. Room was fairly clean not amazing but good enough for 1 night. Breakfast was ok but nothing spectacular. The shower was small and hard to use."

"Fun little place to stay. Beds were a little hard but worked for the night. Everything was clean inside. The grounds are bad though. There are stickers and weeds everywhere. My grandson got tons of stickers in his favorite blanket and we will have to throw it away. The blanket cost as much as a night stay. Pretty sad kid. A bit of weed maintenance and yard work would make this a great place to stay."

"Very primitive property. Basically tents in a field. No shade, no cold water for showers. Very hot.Thankfully water levels low in Utah otherwise you would have to drive thru water to get to property."
