"Checkin was very straightforward. Room was air conditioned, had a mini fridge and microwave, which were both useful. Smelled like cigarettes, especially in the bathroom. Floors were dirty, especially under the bed there was a lot of debris (mostly food) Overall a good room for what I needed but the cleanliness had room for improvement"

"We had a suite with a separate living room and kitchen. There 3 dirty windows looking out over the water, BUT everything else was very clean. There were no paper towels in the kitchen, BUT everything else needed was present. Staff was friendly."

"We stayed there for a night. The room had air conditioner and it was working well. The bathroom and the room was clean. There was a queen bed and feels good. There was ample parking space for car and its free. The only objection I had was there was no closet for cloth hanging except a portable rack which was not sufficient if you have a baby and furthermore no electric water kettle in the room although there was microwave oven. I would rate the place average if not excellent."

"This motel was very low end not worth the money we paid. Buyer beware. The motel is old and run down. It had a homeless camp feel to it. It came with good reviews that is why we chose it but now that I stayed there a weekend it was a huge mistake. Did not feel safe staying there."

"My wife and I have stayed at the Cottage and Castle once before and have both times been extremely satisfied with the friendliness and helpfulness of Christina (the host) Whatever questions we have had to ask, we get immediate assistance! Our room was incredibly clean and organized, the beds were comfortable and the style was very intricate. Absolutely no problems and no negative feedback to give! Thank you for the wonderful stay!
