"lovely staff literally helped us with everything! expedia needs to change the description saying these rooms are sound proof they’re anything but, you can literally hear the people next door talking and everyone outside. not a major issue but don’t book this hotel if you want “soundproof” rooms. would just like to say again how lovely all the staff were "

The breakfast was most impressive. Great service and plentiful choice of food, everything was amazing. Good old tradition of high end hotel is preserved here with a very reasonable price.
