Great room but a bit off putting having a guy on a chair drinking beer outside while trying to get in as the hotel is not staffed after 6pm

We were arriving very late but the hotel staff couldn't do enough to accommodate. They were simply brilliant. Every email sent was replied to very quickly. Great view of the mountains.
The room was clean and confortable. It had a wonderful view of the mountains and of nature. I highly recommend it. The staff was very helpful, I forgot a personal item, and they were kind enough to send it back right away.
