"Enjoyed the stay. Room clean. Breakfast was OK, should offer more low carb options but the Jimmy Dean egg/sausage/biscuit saved the day!"

"It would have helped if there was more and better food to buy from machines or at the desk when the restaurant was closed on Monday. When we arrived on Monday evening, we were too exhausted to drive out to find another place to eat. So we had to eat mac and cheese bought at the snack area. It was not very special."

"The hotel was just checking over for the Hilton by the Hilton. It was not a good hotel. It smelled like cigarette ran down. Stafr didn’t seem too friendly doors were very it was very poorly maintenance. It looked like it had one room and just painted the second room and maybe bought new beds and ACs that property needs a lot of work. Breakfast was basic. It was a smell to the hotel. It just wasn’t worth the money I spent it was 200 something dollars. I think I will give it a motel 85."

"The photos of this property lead you to believe that it's nice, updated, and well maintained. This hotel is beyond filthy, smells terrible, and most of the staff were rude. The pool was filled with paint chips and floating piles of hair. The first floor smelled of smoke and animals. There was a smear of what looked like blood on our bathroom wall. The floors in our room were covered in hair, dust, and old food. The people sitting in their cars smoking were creepy, to the point where we didn't...

"Every time my wife and I visit New Haven, we stay at this hotel. The staff is consistently incredibly friendly and welcoming. The rooms are always spotless. We thoroughly enjoy our stay there, and the breakfast is simply delicious."

"Okay for a one night stay in order to be near family we were visiting. Room smelled musty, bathroom was good sized and seemed clean but room itself felt a bit shabby. Front desk staff member when we checked in was polite enough but not friendly and seemed like she didn’t want to be there."

"Place was a dump. Floors were vaccum. We wrote our shoes in the room to not stand on bare floor, the soap was opened and used in the shower. The hallways smelled and the rooms smelled. Not work more than $20 a night"

"There was an unpleasant odor in the hallways. The room was reasonably clean, but mold in the bathroom. Cracks around the tub, damaged lamp shade and side table. The staff was helpful, parking convenient, air conditioning efficient. The place seems to be undergoing repairs. Hopefully, these damages will be addressed. It could be a nice place in a convenient location."

"Love the pool is always amazing. The hot tub could’ve been changed out more often. They did a really good job with the breakfast amazing. I’d recommend the stock more hot cocoa, and they clean only when customers are not getting food. The rooms were really wonderful."
