"Safe and convenient place to stay. A few items to note - free internet is only on one device. I needed 2. The carpets could do with a clean. The sink was not draining properly. The water in the shower needed aeration. Staff was helpful and breakfast was ok. Front desk staff was helpful. "I stayed at the Hyatt in Kathy, Tx from 061826 thru 062126. David was very welcoming when entering the property to check in. This was the first Hyatt that I have stayed at the was not up to standards. Upon checking in the next day we discovered that the room we were staying had ants located right by the bed.
