"Never dealt with the staff as checked in after hours. One of the beds wasn’t made- bedding just left on it. The main bed felt like we rolled in the middle and slipped deeper into the mattress- was not very comfortable. Slept poorly as a result. We have stayed here before and don’t recall having the same problems before.
The location is perfect- near to many places especially the airport but far away enough to not be disturbed by flight noise."

"Nice place but the location seem unsafe. A lot of police came to find someone in the area and heard that it's not uncommon. All in, I would stay at a quest apartment again but just not in this area.
Incounter a problem of bad smell upon check in but the staff quickly resolved the problem and change the room for me. Friendly and helpful staffs."

"Waited over 45 minutes for our shuttle pick up from airport. Our check in was a very perfunctory matter but reception staff the next morning were far more engaging and helpful. Breakfast in the restaurant was fine. Our room was pretty mingy - sad decor, one side of the bed against the wall, flickering light. Okay for one night."
