Hilton Garden Inn Walnut Creek
They said hotels.com did not book me two rooms although my receipt and confirmation showed I paid for two rooms. They charged me for two rooms so I have double paid and now I’m having to wait to speak to someone on the morning.

The Marina Inn on San Francisco Bay
Didn’t stay due to power outages but the two ladies at the front desk were very nice to help out with other accommodations.

Oakland Airport Executive Hotel
The bathroom had mold. The carpets were stained with red spots all over the mirror . The staff was very neglectful and reused to bring us towel after we called 4 times and went to the front desk to ask for some. The bed sheets were never changed and the room had an awful smell
