"Super bien ubicado, cerca de la estación caminando a 500 mts. Lo único es que se escucha ruido de los departamentos de a lado o del piso de arriba. Pero de cualquier forma creo si regresaría vale mucho la pena"

"Pros: Easy check-in, location is quiet. There’s a short 10 minute walk to South Kensington Station which connects you to everywhere in London. The grocery store was 3 minutes away (open until 12AM!) and had all the essentials. Laundromat (wash & fold services) and pharmacy were also a short walk away. Public space and patio in the lobby were great! It would be nice to have some soundproof working booths for privacy so you could take important phone calls.

"We were supposed to receive check in information 24 hours in advance. When we never received it I had to contact the property 3 times before they sent the codes. The room was supposed to have a’sleeper sofa’ - what it had was a cot that took up what little space we had and meant we had no comfortable place to sit. The room was incredibly noisy with constant foot falls and racket from the room above."

"This is exactly what we needed for our family. We loved having extra space and room for our kid/baby to play. The extra bonus of a baby crib/cot and a high chair was wonderful. We loved having access to coffee and tea, and additional paper needs through the hallways without having to ask. The laundry is shared, but minus the jaunt from one building to another, was super convenient especially once we discovered the drying rack. "Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, Flure, Fahrstuhl und Lounge insgesamt sehr bedrückend. Das Hotel hat auch keine Klimaanlage. Die Luft ist ingesamt auch sehr schlecht. Des Weiteren ist es sehr hellhörig."

"what a wonderful peaceful place to stay. Bed very comfortable and the breakfast selection the following morning was perfect and the staff incredibly friendly and accommodating..nothing was too much trouble. Five stars all the way, thanks for such a wonderful stay.. Ill be back!"
