"The elevators and hallways were extremely hot! The balcony’s overlooked each other so no privacy. No tub in the room just shower. No staff available to answer questions just security guard. Read many reviews about the security guard being rude but we had different experience. We did love the many pools they had!! The parking garage is across the street. "I like this location as I’ve stayed here before. Bathrooms were pretty nasty with trash and hair everywhere. Not sure they mopped or cleaned the toilets before we checked in. There was also hair in the fridge? No dish soap or paper towels which was a little disappointing considering it has a full kitchen with dishwasher. "General Manager was rude. Yelling at staff members and talking over customers. It took over 45 minutes to checkin. Once in the room the stove was rusty, floor still had sand from the beach. When I booked the room it said oceanfront but the balcony is located on the side of the building."
