"We learned of no room service via a letter at checkin. We called the management company to request they takeout the garbage, but no one came. "Great access to the ski lifts and the multiple hot tubs and sauna/steam rooms were very enjoyable. Our second floor room had a great view of the ski jumps from our balcony. The room was quite dated and water pressure issues created a very loud and exhausting noise during the entirety of the shower being used. The ceilings were also very thin and we were woken constantly at night and each morning by the 3rd floor residents. "
