"This was a nice hotel. The room didn’t have a fridge or freezer. I was disappointed with this because I had some food to keep cool. It was close to train tracks so you can hear the train throughout the night. Bring ear plugs!"

"Looks like the owners are doing a lot of work on the property however, cleanliness is doable but not done. Our room was supposed to have 2 beds in it but the first room we got looked like someone was still in it. Unmade bed, clothes on chair and a huge fan in the middle of the room. Second room, single bed and ac wasn’t producing and it stunk. I had to show the clerk that I paid for a room with 2 beds and he finally said they didn’t have one available. "Rumpled linens on bed. Pillow cases had red blood stains. Mattress pad with yellow stains. Brown stain on sheet. Obvious the bed was never changed. Holes in the walls. Main light did not work. Hotel door, hasp safety latch pin broken off. Oval toilet seat on a round circle toilet. Cigarette burns around sink and bathtub. TV leg/support arm missing. Can not get refund thru hotel. "When we arrived, there was a toilet plunger in the tub and it had crap all over it. The shower curtain was gone, the soap was open and done used, and all the shampoo and soap was out… after notifying staff they said there is nothing they could do because it was booked through Expedia… We also paid almost 300$ for that night…"
