"No door lock, toddlers feet were black bc the room was dirty, AC unit didn’t work, manger tried to take my key card after concerns and give my room away with the items still in the room. Phone in room didn’t work, the fumes of paint were nauseating "

"The bed was good but the rest was aweful. The room was filthy. The shower and floor were dirty. There was a used sock stuffed in the towels. The toilet seat was completely disconected. Rhe grounds had trash all over and there was no breakfast."

"Hi. My name is Larry Carey. I had a room booked from June 24-28th; Room 154. I suffered from bed bug bites on the first night. I brought the issue to your attention but you denied the room having any bugs. I return to the main office the next day and also told the manager. He mentioned that he sent someone to inspect the room and that they found nothing. I recorded a bed bug in my luggage. There were spider webs. It was a dead cockroach in the bathroom. Roaches in the refrigerator. I killed...

"A/C issues while we were there, but the rooms were fine and unaffected. Only the halls were hot and they had fans on. We did not receive room service such as cleaning rooms and restocking of towels; I even asked for this. I spent some time at the pool. The pump was not on, the pool was cloudy, and was not well cleaned. However, the staff that day was great!"
