"Our room felt a little like we were staying in a Final Destination movie. The ceiling fan was hanging on by just two wires and looked like it could have come flying off the ceiling had we turned it on. There were also sharp, exposed wall anchors less than two feet above the head of the bed, and the deck railing was extremely loose and wobbly.
Needless to say, the room could use some serious maintenance and safety updates. These weren’t just cosmetic issues, but genuine safety concerns.

"We thought the place would be tucked back a bit, but it was on a pretty busy and convenient road to be on, in hindsight. The room was clean and comfortable, and the screened front porch was great. It's quiet inside, but lively outside. We'd prefer a bit more privacy, but the location turned out to be perfect to get in the car and go."

"Clean and comfortable. Great location, close to action. Super cute. Moose wandered through the property while we were there!
The reasons it didn’t get 5 stars:
-Breakfast was odd. Pre built burritos, grab and go, for one hour. Tasty, but just odd.
-Staff repeatedly told us the restaurant was open for dinner. We sat there for 10 minutes without being acknowledged by anyone. So we left.
-No bathroom fan."

"This was a great property just west of the main part of Estes Park and very close to one of the entrances to RMNP. Fall River flows directly in front of the property. The property is very quiet and because it’s not a large property, it wasn’t hard to find a parking spot. The unit itself was clean and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics to do any cooking. I would stay here again."
