"The only issue is the size of the breakfast area was very small if there was a lot of people it would be real tight. They should have put in more planning. Also the tv in the king room should have been placed in a better place instead if on the table it should have been on the wall. Other than that the hotel was beautiful."

"Always the best. Clean room. Staffs are friendly. Free parking. Breakfast have my fav scone"

"Rooms are lovely. We went for the Halloween party that was held downstairs in the lounge. The band was fun but the space was overcrowded-not really any dance floor and you could barely move from you table to get to the dance floor. They have a much bigger space on the main level that would have been a much better venue"

"A convenient and adorable property. Very clean, charming like a cottage. Would stay there again"

"I couldn't take my shower there's no hot water 😩"

"the first room i was put in had an odor, the owner i believe, mr patel moved me to a room with new carpet and 2 queen beds and that cured the smell. the whole left side of the bed closest to the tv had collapsed springs so u could not sleep on it, u had to use the other one. the bathroom floor around the toilet was covered with black specs."

"Room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was very limited with no juice (had to ask desk staff); Breakfast area had large yellow laundry baskets which didn't seem right. Didn't use the pool - only stayed one night. Desk staff was fine, but did not give us information on pool or where breakfast area was located. Price seemed high for early November."

"The breakfast was really nice. The outside is nice. We were there in October wasn’t planning on swimming, but the pool itself doesn’t even look like it’s open in the summer. There was a pretty dank smell when we first got there so we ran out and got a candle. Cute spot I don’t regret going."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Clean and great location. House keeping doesn’t make beds if you have your own personal blanket or pillow on it- never heard of this"

"We had a great experience staying in the crab house. The cottage was well maintained and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The staff was friendly, helpful, and genuinely care. Ken was fantastic, you can really tell he cares about ensuring guests have a great experience. 10/10 experience, would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a great stay on the cape."

"Staff was very helpful and polite. Rooms were kept clean daily. Very informative and ready with information on nearby restaurants."
