Depending on who was at the front desk, you were welcomed with a smile. Woman who lives on site, excellent customer service. Clean, comfortable beds and pillows. No breakfast, although there is advertising online that they do. Some rooms/walls need repair but shower head was new and felt great. The room was exactly what I thought it would be. If you want an inexpensive motel with clean and comfortable beds within walking distance to a little town, this is perfect.

Convenient location, family run business, comfortable beds and clean. The toilet was a bit shaky, and not many other amenities or services. Would stay again!

Very nice hotel staff. The hotel sits off the road with easy parking. THere are a few small places to eat in the area and very good BBQ at Mac's. I would recommend the showers have work done on them and the shower heads be replaces, very small towels that don't dry you off but more or less spread the water around. But overall a decent place to stay for the money.

Place was not as advertised, apparently it has just changed owners, no breakfast, rooms are very run down, about 2 outlets in the whole room, items broken. Person checking me in said he couldn't get help.

This lodging is very close to the little village of Warm Springs within walking distance to shops and places to eat. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The manager was quick to respond to our questions and was very friendly.

An OK stay for the price
Not a bad little stay for the night, it's a little motel with all the basic necessities. Not sure why the lobby is closed 100% of the time and you have to interact through a side window, but whatever it is it is. We felt safe, the shower was nice, and the bed is very firm. As I mentioned, it's not a bad little motel for a night - but I would surely not want to spend several days there.

The Inn is pretty nice. The rooms clearly have been recently renovated. Unfortunately, that is one of the issues. They took out what I presume was carpet and put in laminate. Nothing wrong with laminate, except that it doesn't deaden sound like carpet. If you have noisy neighbors, be prepared to call the front desk. You'll hear everything. The room was spotless and the staff was very nice.The little black cat meeting me at the door this morning and eating leftover bbq was a nice touch. If you like to doordash, there's nothing there, so be prepared for that. There are plenty of walkable options, but they're not going to bring it to you. The best thing on dash was subway, and the locals said it wasn't a good subway.

I frequently visit Warm Springs and this is always our hotel choice. Its very affordable and property staff is very friendly. No complaints. Rooms are always clean. And if you have any problems with anything. They will take care of the situation quickly. No complaints. Plus its in walking distance of their downtown area and very close to the Hatchery.

Never stay here again !
The hotel was very run down! And the office was just a junky area not sutible for guest. Room smelled very musty. Pillows small and flat and only 2 per bed.just not what I expected for a 4.5 out of 5 score

This property has potential, but overall does not reach that, from dirty to noisy guest, to bad management, I will not be back.

The room was fine if you just need somewhere to sleep. The walls were disgusting. The bed frame was extremely dirty. The fixtures in the bathroom were hanging by the wires. The tv worked for 30 seconds before it lost signal and we could not get it back. There was no signal for our cell phone internet. There was wifi but we didn't have the password.
