"Breakfast was good. The only thing i missed was an unsweetened cereal. Raisin bran was there but do no eat raisins."

"Check in went very smoothly. The only instant that I had was later in the evening when I needed an extra sheet and blanket for the pullout sofa. I went downstairs and asked for them. A woman was there. (she was not the one who checked me in.) when I asked for the blanket and sheet, she said there were some already in the room. I replied that there wasn't any that I could find. She insisted that they were in a closet in the room at that point I wondered if I missed a closet so I said. "OK, I'll go back up to my room and check again." I went back up into my room. I checked all the closet space and all the drawers. I looked everywhere. There were no blankets or sheets to be found so I had to go all the way back downstairs again. I talked to the woman again and I told her that I" I did a thorough check just like I did before, and there were absolutely no blankets or sheets anywhere in the room" her response to me was "Are you sure?" I did not reply. I just looked at her, I literally could not believe she was asking me that. I was very disappointed in her response. Eventually, she turned around and got me the blankets in the sheets aside from that my day was fine, but it really did create a negative experience for me in regards to this particular hotel. She should've believe me the first time and not have me go back-and-forth to my room and the lobby"

"The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Their breakfast had good options and I was surprised when we checked in that they offered a dinner/snack option and you got a complimentary drink from the bar. "

"Got there and the system was down. The entire hotel smelled like some rank asian cuisine. The hallway ac unit wasn't working properly. The ac unit in the room was broken. There were people sleeping and grilling at their vehicles in the parking lot. The rear door lock was broken and left unsecured at all times. The waffle maker for the continental breakfast was broken, and there was nothing left out for the batter anyways. There were no cooler items left out for breakfast, so the "free continental breakfast" included 2 types of cereal with no bowls or milk, 4 slices of stale hard bread and an assortment of jams and butters. There was also some sort of criminal activity that involved 4 police vehicles on the road at the entryway (not the hotel's fault, but still annoying) at 10pm. The staff were constantly away from the desk. The carpeted floor was torn, dingy, and smelled. Half the lights and the tv remote in the room didn't work. Didn't even want to risk trying the hot tub. This place works if you are just in need of a place to sleep, but you get what you pay for, I guess. I would not recommend staying here unless all you're looking for is a cheap place to sleep."

"Bed pillows were flat and pillow cases felt a little rough. Carpet had big stains. Other than that it was ok. "

"Our room we reserved was given to someone else. They upgraded our room however still disappointed that we didn’t have a jacuzzi tub. "

"Pretty cool, wasn’t haunted though. Staff was extremely accommodating and nice. Would definitely go back"
