"Arrived to room temp was 15 degrees C. Heat was turned off and window left open. It took some time for the room to heat up. "

"I like this hotel for its location and being pet friendly lots of room to walk my dog. The side door that we used was broken inside and had to yank to get open every-time. Hopefully this will be fixed soon. TV kept buffering. Staff were pleasant. Breakfast buffet was fantastic!"

"The automatic door wasn't working, sign said due to extreme cold weather, its March and was only -5 and i travel alone with my daughter in a wheelchair, carrying our bags and pushing a wheelchair. Ordered roomservice for supper at 5:45 and got it at 7:40, super disappointed. Called twice and each time they said it was on it's way."

"Pool temperature was very cold. Could not stay in it for more than 10 minutes. Stayed in a king suite with mini kitchenette. Some of the dishes in the cupboard were dirty. Shower wall tiles were dirty with black mould mildew."

"The Hotel had big comfortable rooms with big bathrooms and really comfy beds and superior air conditioning. Only negative was every staff member's first language was not Canadian. Had trouble understanding staff. Would love to see more diversity to include Canadian nationals. The menu also was pretty fatty and not interesting."
