"Left an item in the closet. Did not realize it until we got home. Left a message and was told it would be 2-3 days before they would call back. The clerk said that they have the clothing and will mail it back. I was expecting to pay for postage. The clerk said no charge and expect it in a few days. I booked a back to back stay. The second day I was locked out. The desk activated my key. The other key was totally dead. They had to replace the card."

"It was a very restful week. Played golf a four different area courses, took in a baseball game and ate at a fantastic restaurant in Bonsall -Peking Wok. Wasn’t familiar with renting a room at the Welk, but enjoyed it. We are planning on doing this again very soon!"

"The hotel was not what we expected for the price we had to pay. Our hotel room faced the freeway which caused loud noises all day and night. There was a huge crack in the window that extended the full length of the window. The bathroom sink had a smell coming from it, which upon further inspection seemed to be mold. The mold was also in the shower, on the faucet, shower head, and tiles. The shower head water pressure was so low that the shower never felt warm. Unfortunately, this made our stay feel below par. The bed was comfortable though."
