"I paid extra for a room to accommodate 3 people, so there were 2 beds, there was a sofa that had no sheets not made up and stains. They knew from the call that I was staying with my mother not a partner. She needed a bed to herself for a good nights sleep before we were up at 5am to go next door to the hospital for her surgery. I slept uncomfortably on the couch because there was no bedding sheets or blankets. Very disappointed"

"Excellent place to stay! The property was very clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. One of the best features was the underground parking, which made everything so convenient and secure. Having a washer and dryer available was also amazing, especially for a longer stay.
Everything was well maintained, clean, and exactly what I needed. Great value for the price, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. I would happily stay here...

"Location is great, grounds of property are lovely but rooms are run down. The couch was it itchy and gross. Lots of hair and dirty walls. Everything needs a good scrub especially the furniture. I ended up putting a blanket over the couch because it was so nasty. Blanket in cupboard also needed a wash but was better than the couch."

"Really enjoyed the stay here. Getting to the city was easy via the train which was only a 5 minute walk from the apartments. The roof top pool and spa was great and overall no problems at all."
