"Josh was kind and helpful checking us in, even though we arrived late at night. Parking was a breeze, well lit and very close to the room. Everything is well kept and very clean. We slept well. All were quiet. How nice it was to have three large towels instead of the usual two. I didn’t have to use my husband‘s wet towel for my hair! We were so comfortable and appreciated our stay. "Being on the first floor, you can hear a lot of noise from the people above you and they were shutting drawers until ten at night. The beds were outdated and sagged in the middle, it needs a good update. It is def one of the better places i have stayed in for the price."

"Not great. Front desk clerk was nice and that was the best thing. We got room 129, King bed, very spacious room! Very dated... however that's not a big deal. A/C was cold and worked well. Issues: -Our bathroom was not clean. The floor was covered in someones black hair. Looks like it wasn't sweeped or mopped for several visits. -There was a funk to the room. "Our stay at Amaya was incredible. The home is impeccably designed, the rooms were very comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and Johnny is the most kind and welcoming host. He went above and beyond to make it a memorable experience. The hot tub is a luxurious perk and the home feels private even with other guests. The location is convenient for exploring the Catskills.
