All good

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice with plenty of choice. Checking staff were friendly. Only stayed one night but glad we chose this hotel.

This is easily the best place to stay in Utica considering the price you pay. The rooms have a ton of character and the couple running the b&b could not have been more helpful and courteous during the 5 days we spent there, and the breakfasts are amazing. Couldn't recommend it more highly. Parking is absolutely fine.

Good experience overall: well-located, adequate parking, modern room, helpful staff. For breakfast only pastries, fruit, coffee.

a lovely little place to stay, only 3 rooms but very cosy, comfortable and with an excelllent restaurant downstairs on site it was a fabulous stay. highly recommended
