"Noise from highway all night long No power day we left. Couldn't take shower as bathroom was totally dark. Several of the emergency lights in the hallway were not operating. Had to carry my luggage down 3 flights of stairs at 70 years old with heart problems."

They have designated parking in front of your door, which is great because you don't have to search for a parking spot and not end up far from your room. There are no amenities at this hotel or food. "When we first checked in and the smell in the lobby was unbearable. It smelled like sewage. The entire first floor was being renovated. That created a lot of noise into the evening. Once we entered our room, the heat was not working properly. We complained to the front desk they said they did not have any other rooms and they sent a technician who did not do anything with the system. The bedside outlets were not working. Sunday morning housekeeping was vacuuming starting before 8 AM. Before 9 AM...

The place is well maintained, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is good quality. I feel my car is safe in the parking lot as well. "My stay at Holiday Inn was ok but was disappointed after booking a 1 King size bed room to be placed in a standard 2 queen size bed room. The room didn’t not look like the pictures and had some damage to the room, it was also not as clean as I would have expected. Upon arrival the front desk clerk was very kind also the staff during complimentary breakfast there was one staff member who was rude but unfortunately was unable to get his name.The reason why I booked here was based on the reviews...
