"I’ve stayed here 3 times. Everything about this place is lovely. 3 different rooms and each as comfortable as the last. Parking is convenient for you have an empty space is right in front of your room. Rooms are also super clean with a nice mounted TV, fridge, and coffee station. Also the staff at the front desk is always great. Worth every penny. Thank you for your consistency Founders Brook"

"Hotel is currently undergoing a remodel of the lobby and ground floor. Otherwise, the property is in excellent shape, with a courteous, and professional staff. The bed was excellent in our room."

"The welcome building is terrible. After a long drive we needed to use the restroom. It was behind the check-in desk and worst than a gas station restroom. Toilet couldn't flush and it was dirty and unkept. The outside of the property is in need of repairs. Very shabby looking. The first room we looked at was dingy looking and smelled stale. The second room was decent."

"It is hard to rest, doors make a lot of noise! Take a room far away from the ice machine people doesn’t care what time it is they will go grab that ice and make a lot of noise, kids screaming at all time it was a bad experience ! "

"I was very satisfied with the cleanliness of the room and friendliness of the staff. It was a quick check in time, easy check out. The only inconvenience was the lack of parking. There was an event going on so there was no parking we had to drive around a few times and then park in a handicap spot until something opened up. Other than that we had a great time. Food recommendations were a 5/5! "

"Their website states they have a pool but it is closed indefinitely. Along with that, my entire stay I had to use the stairs because the elevator needed to be worked out but never saw anyone working on it the entire time. Would not stay again. Breakfast in the morning was not fully put out and the girl that’s supposed to be doing that had her feet up on a table and was on her phone the entire time. Not very professional in my point of view. "

"Good luck finding parking! You have to hope to find a spot on the street nearby, because there's no parking lot or garage for this hotel. We were greeted by someone on the phone on the couch and when we got up to our tiny room, there was a missing TV. We went downstairs to talk to the receptionist, who was on the couch and on her phone again. She gave us a different room to try, but the bathroom was missing the shower towels and the water pressure was awful. Also, the new room had no carpet. In...
