Hotel dekat Warringah Mall

"The place and location was great. We booked for 7 people but the kitchen utensils were not enough, the pots were small, and when told the kitchen is complete, i thought there's a rice cooker as well. If they also can replace their nonstick pots that are super scratched...not really safe to use and very old utensils. It just look unclean. but the staff are friendly and easy to deal with."

"There was some difficulty finding the property and when found there was another car taking up two car spots causing a problem. This car was still taking up two spots even when we left so the owner was not informed. After some time we found the main office and were given the keys. All good helpful people in the office."

"No soap provided, 3 conditioner 1 shampoo, inside of jug was black, microwave had old food in it, air conditioner sounded like a train, hard open door to patio due to filthy tracks, and $20 for parking. Most expensive room on our trip of 7 days in different rooms/apartments each night."

"It’s very good experience from arrival until leaving the hotel except some road noise which can be heard inside the room and for the mini bar which is never be restocked except when requested. Even that need to be requested two or more times."

"Was not impressed by the hotel.of staff. They did not return my 100$ deposit once i checked out. Extremely slow service. The staff failed to check if my partner had an allergies which caused him.to go to the hospital the next day. Would.not reccomend this place at all"

"The check in was at the bar. Pro: The staff is friendly and they gave us our room fast. The accommodate the room for us. There where fresh fruit, bread, milk and cereal that we could eat throughout our stay. Cons: light was coming through the bathroom to the bedroom, loud noises coming from bar downstairs and street. Main con: “Continental breakfast”… was the fresh fruit, milk, cereal and bread that was already in the shared kitchen, we just check out early and went to the airport to eat...
