"Our room was clean and easy to get to the lobby and breakfast. It was awesome to have our very own Koala to look at for our entire 4 day stay. Best hotel/resort in Sydney and the staff were very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable about all of the animals and helped us with taxis. Very safe upscale neighborhood. My room #3 was very loud from bar downstairs trivea night was the loudest. It was also next to the door for the outside access it was loud and the light was very bright.
