"We booked this stay in January for a June overnight layover in Warsaw and selected the "pay later" option through Expedia. While we were in the air on our way to Warsaw, the hotel cancelled our reservation because they claimed they could not charge my credit card. This made little sense, as I had selected pay later and my card was working perfectly. The cancellation occurred just minutes before we arrived, leaving us scrambling to find accommodations after a long day of travel. Expedia still...

"AC in our room was not working , the reception staff was going back and forth with our request for room transfer. The room also has an old hotel room kind of smell. Eventually they move us to Another room , unfortunately AC wasn't working as well. Another Hotel Guest also has the same situation like ours. I only stayed here due to the proximity to an event im attending Friday Night. We had dinner one time in their restaurant that was great. Dining staff manager was very attentive with our needs....
