"I enjoyed my stay at Tru by Hilton Warsaw, the room was clean, nice shower, plenty of room, tv worked and I was happy to see a sign saying to be quiet after 10pm as people exit the elevator. I thought the breakfast was a bit lame but overall a very good stay."

"As this was a budget, one-night stay, our expectations weren’t high. The older building, musty smells, etc. were expected. However, the lack of customer service and basic amenities was disappointing. TV did not work without staff resetting it. Sheets were clean but had red stains. We were only given one room key and two towels for family of five people (and yes, we were upcharged for our fifth person, our third child). No plug for the bathtub eliminated a bath as an option.
