"Clean room house keeping ladies were and is an amazing staff, nice hotel but key cards didn’t work and checking out girl was terrible front desk deanna I think her name she was inhospitable , she’s rude doesn’t know how to talk to people I guess that’s why she doesn’t answer the phones and noncompliant when we ask about late checkout her answer was no we busy full !!! , the breakfast was terrible, the noise from the highway and the next door slamming the door our room shook I pay one night for a business meeting that was delayed a bit and we asked for a couple more hours and was turned down . I’m glad because we won’t be going back!!"

"It was dirty (since had old toothpaste still in it, toilet had hairs on it, bed smelled of a woman's perfume). No comfortable, just two old sheets with a fleece blanket in between. I reserved it for 3 nights and left after 1. When checking out, the receptionist immediately gave us the Expedia contact number indicating this often happens. It was gross. I felt bad having my wife stay here. I'm OK with old; but there's no excuse for dirty/unclean."

"Hotel did smell good in general. Rooms were clean but did need some general maintenance. Our shower filled up with water as the drain was clogged and the vanity faucet was loose and our door going in and out of room was tough to open but other than that our room for money spent was worth it. Extremely quiet at night and did not hear people talking in hallways. Loved how they had room cleaned and beds made and fresh towels everyday. Most hotels we have stayed in lately do not offer that service so I was very glad to have that especially coming home late after a long day visiting New York City. Overall if in the area again I would stay again. "

"During our stay, the hotel was undergoing renovations, which impacted the overall appearance of the exterior and lobby and made the initial impression less inviting. That said, the front desk staff and the team at the on-site pub were both friendly and professional, which we appreciated. The pub itself offered limited food options and could benefit from minor updates to enhance its overall ambiance. Upon settling into our room, we noticed an unusual odor from the bed linens, and the carpet appeared in need of refreshing. Due to fatigue, we made temporary adjustments to the bedding to rest comfortably for the night. The hotel shows strong potential; however, greater attention to detail—particularly in cleanliness and upkeep—is needed to significantly improve the guest experience. "
