"Room needed a deep cleaning! Large build-up of dust/dirt in places the routine/daily house keeping staff does not have time to address due to number of rooms they have to make-up within a very short time period.
The ice machine on the 5th floor produced ice maybe every other night. Otherwise, for ice had to go to 3rd floor.
Water pressure/temperature/volume in shower is GREAT!!! Bath towels were better than most you would find in other hotels. Of course, very good location. I travel a lot for business & with family.I /we will stay here again & recommend to others."
