This property was close to a lot of places I wanted to visit. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The hotel was quiet and not too crowded. The breakfast buffet was a nice option also.Honestly I will choose this spot again when I visit.

had a layover due to flight cancellation and this hilton was gracious enough to help us with transportation to and from the airport plus there was room to stay

This hotel would have been just fine except for the rudeness of the front desk staff and the awkwardness of the lobby staff. The underground parking garage ceiling is super low and a woman in a large SUV could not fit underneath, blocked the entrance and jammed the entrance gate. Totally not her fault so we had to back up this crazy, curvy steep ramp. Once that was cleared up, we went to park but the ticket machine wouldn’t give us a ticket and two of the lobby employees started yelling at each other whether we needed one or not. We were waved in without getting one. Upon check in, two gentleman (one young and new the other older who was stern and disinterested) I couldn’t hear or understand the younger man very well and he didn’t know how to answer the question about how we were going to exit the parking garage the next day. He just folded his hands and stepped back. The older man ignored me until I wouldn’t budge. Only then did he tell me we could exit with our key (which didn’t work) We also had a dog with us that admittedly was barking in the echoing lobby but we were waiting for a bunch of people to use the elevator before us so he would not scare anyone who had to share one with us. Rather than approach us personally, the older front desk man called security and told him loud enough so that we could hear, “if they come down to the lobby with the dog again, ask them to leave.” RUDE!! We gladly would have used the stairs if we knew he was being over the top annoying.

We did have a little incident with our elevator next to our room we pressed to go to lobby and ended up in the cleaners lobby nothing wrong with this at all me and my family had a little laugh but overall everything was amazing totally recommend !!!

This was an unpleasant stay. Had to ask to have room cleaned and it still was not done. Had to go find my own towels, to, tissues, coffee etc..people knocking on doors and running through halls all through the night. Obvious smell of marijuana in the halls despite this being a no smoking facility. I was VERY dissatisfied with this experience. My requested through front desk were written on post it notes and never fulfilled. Thank goodness the service closet was not far from my room so I could get my own clean towels to wash. What a disgrace. The lack of consideration from other guests added to this bad experience. Groups of young adults playing ding dong ditch is inconceivable. Will most likely NOT return.

Stayed here because we had an overnight layover at DCA. The location was very convenient. We had an early morning flight and took the first shuttle to the airport and the gentleman working the front desk was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything from check-in, to shuttle driver, to cleanliness was amazing. The only disappointing thing about the hotel was the shower. The water pressure was utterly terrible. It can't be due to simply a "low-flow" showerhead. It was bad enough to write a review about it. That said, it would not keep me from staying here in the future.

Biggest dislike with this hotel and others in the DC area, parking fee ($45/day). Basement garage which was very tight, don’t know how a full size truck or suv would do it. No microwave in room, mattress and pillows were comfortable. Close to Reagan National Airport, not sure if we’d stay here again.

My room #503 was infested with bed bugs. I went to sleep with no bites on my body and woke up with over a dozen bed bugs bites all over my hands and wrists. There was also the tell tale sign of bed bugs with small blood splatters on my sheets. It was gross and a shock to be bitten by bugs all over my hands. The itching to this day is still terrible and I have small sores on my hands from the bed bug bites. I am shocked the Hilton property was infested with bed bugs. I have never had this problem at any hotel ever in my life. I expect Hilton to contact me directly about my experience at the hotel and my medical needs as a result of being bitten by bed bugs throughout the night in their hotel.
