Check in was slow with one person working the desk who was on the phone. Asked if I could get a crib and they said they’d let me know if there are any available but never heard back so tried to call the front desk later that night and no one answered.. so had to walk down and ask and they said they didn’t have any cribs right now (that was a main reason we chose this hotel since we have a baby and needed a crib). Husband attempted to go to the hot tub but the key wouldn’t let him in and then they said the hot tub was under maintenance anyways. Tried to get my kids in the tub but the drain stopper wouldn’t plug off so couldn’t give them a bath.

Very nice, clean room... clean lobby and grounds... good area. Very close to the freeway and shopping The continental breakfast was a littlle disappointing.

So dirty just walking on the carpet turned the bathroom floor & mat black. Then the pool heater was broke & even the hot tub heater was broke. Our room for 4 people was only stocked with 2 shower towels. I went to front desk to ask for 2 more at 2pm and they said they were all out. I had to ask if I could have a pool towel instead to shower with & they didn’t have any of those either (but remember no one was using the pool because heaters broke). Dirty, noisy, poor service won’t ever stay again.

The Pole was out of order the hot tub was broke there was no elevator no meat for breakfast Cold showers Nana hot water anywhere. Way overpriced!!! Very unhappy

When we got there, we checked in and given the keys then when we went into the room it hadn’t been cleaned so we left and when we came back later the housekeeper was in there cleaning. So it took a while to get into the room. Also we were given a room without the sofa bed that was in the description of the one we paid for. So I had to go ask and they said they didn’t have one. So I paid for another room and when I walked into the other room it had a sofa sleeper although it had a king bed and we needed 2 beds plus the sleeper. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was wonderful. The beds were comfortable and I slept well.

Because of Expedia I was unable to cancel my second night. Expedia wanted to gouge the price of my first night if I cancelled the second night. The hotel has no area for pets. The room was dated. The carpet had a speed bump into the bathroom nearly causing several falls. I would not stay here or use Expedia ever again.

for a cheap property you definitely get what you pay for, there was no seal on the door so you could feel the wind coming in, we ended up putting towels under the door, also due to the gap in the door it felt like the freeway was extra loud. there were a lot of dining options and grocery stores near the hotel which was really nice! lights in the bathroom flickered a lot but there was plenty of hot water and overall it seemed clean

The only thing colder than the greeting we received was the temperature of the hot tub. The hotel was clean and quiet, but the door wouldn't close properly and the shower faucet was broken. The cold hot tub was so disappointing. We were really excited and made sure to pick a hotel with hot tub.

We Love staying here when it isn't good weather for camping. We have our dog and she even likes it there. The room was nice and close to the back for our dog to use the pet area. The room did have a few little clumps of fur that were definitely not from our dog (White fur, our dog is Black) Also the door are getting a little worn out and was a little tricky getting it open a few times. Breakfast wasn't fancy but was enough to fill our needs. Excellent location and easy to find. We plan on staying here again.

My favorite was the amazing sheets. I didn’t like their shampoo or lotion. The keys were very frustrating because as a female having to keep it away from my phone wasn’t easy.

We were really impressed with how spacious and clean the room was. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. The breakfast was nothing to write home about but was adequate and what we expected (normal hard boiled eggs, waffle machine, bagels to toast, etc.) We will definitely be back and stay here again.

I’ve stayed at this hotel for years when I visit my grandmother. It has always been a great stay. Super convenient location with shopping and dining within walking distance, clean rooms, easy parking.
