"Older property, but well maintained. Had all the amenities one needs. Executive room was nice and spacious, with comfortable beds. Ideal for location and proximity to the Mayo Clinic, dining, and supplies. Economical for a more budget friendly stay. Planning a return trip in a week, and will gladly stay here again. Did not try the breakfast this trip, but had ample space and appeared to be nice set up for a breakfast offering. Breakfast is also served late into the am, which is ideal for many...

"Nice, older property. Well landscaped with lovely lobby area. Good restaurant attached provided convenience and good food/service. Front desk staff warm and welcoming. Parking very convenient and free. Pool was nice but pool area needs painting. Rooms clean and comfortable but in need of refresh. Same for hallways and elevators. Well-located for access to Mayo and free on-demand shuttle a bonus. Definitely good value for price and a nice place to stay. Will choose again if price stays good."

"The breakfast was not very good. However, overall, the room was very nice and clean. One thing … we stayed 3 nights and after housekeeping skipped us after the 2nd morning , we had to request it. It was delivered timely and very well upon request. Would have been nice to have a microwave in the room but there was one in the lobby available. The staff at the desk were great… extremely courteous and helpful."
