After three attempts to enter my room, back at front desk , the clerk simply wrote corrected number on card and said Sorry. Very noisy nights, children running the hall. Last, but not least, ran out of hot water in the middle of my shower. BTW, there's no cold water. That faucet simply doesn't work."
