"We made last minute booking for our road trip, this place didn’t disappoint for a night. Clean sheets and comfortable beds/pillows. But rooms can be much cleaner- AC remote was dirty, drawers were dusty and had hair in it . Carpet was dusty . There wasn’t enough light and rooms felt dingy."

"We stayed here for 1 night. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. The people in the room above us seemed very noisy. Not sure if it was thin ceiling or loud guests. This was close to everything in Hood River. We would stay here again. I do wish they had a hairdryer and iron in the room. They may have been available at the desk upon request, I didn’t think to check."

"The room was clean, really big tv and the beds adequately comfortable, nothing super fancy but just what you need for a relaxing stay. Fridge in the room and coffee maker but no microwave which would have been nice. They do provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Loved the Therapy pool and cold plunge. Also sat outside at the fire pit one evening which was nice to chat with other guests. The nearby restaurant at the golf course Isadore’s was great for happy hour. Loved our server Rylan. Also...

"I really wanted to love this place because the location is beautiful, but I left feeling pretty disappointed. The biggest surprise was that there aren't actually any natural hot springs you can visit or soak in. The resort uses pumped in hot spring water, but it had a noticeable chlorine /chemical smell, so it didn't feel like the natural hot springs experience I was expecting. When I complained the next day they said I could have parked 2 blocks away t the train station. The room was VERY small. Enough for a Queen bed and about 18 inch to walk around.. that's it. The "desk" was a night stand with a foot rest for a "chair". Very poor for a traveling business person with medication requiring refrigeration. Left a day early on...

"For the cost, the accommodations, especially the building was not up to standards. There was dust on the shelves, debris on the carpet, and holes in our napkins. It took us over 60 minutes to receive our meal after we ordered. The food was very good but overall we were dust, especially because we were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary and wanted a special evening."
