"The breakfast was good. Very friendly staff for the breakfast. The parking was easy. Location was good and we felt safe walking around the area at night. My biggest complaint was when we got to the room and went to use the bathroom the toilet was filled with excrement. Went to flush it and it wouldn’t flush. Went to use the phone and the phone didn’t work so we had to go back down to the front desk. She put us in the room next door, but no upgrade or money off the room for the inconvenience...

"Dislike that we had zero hot water night of arrival n also the next morning. None whatsoever. Ice cold showers. When we told hotel staff they said yes we know sorry. That’s it period. No warning n pre apology. Nothing. Never ever recommend this Sheraton Sorry. But it was very unpleasant. Dirty carpets n drapes."

"This Ramada is in a great location. The Boston's pizza was a great restaurant inside! Had a couple meals there. Unfortunately this hotel is in desperate need of a renovation including the rooms and the pool area. The tub/shower were disgusting. The beds were hard as a rock and they basically only give you a thick sheet as a blanket. They do give you lots of soft pillows. That was a plus. Nice tv's in the rooms, but the remote is very complicated to use. The hot tub was ok it wasn't even warm the...

"Reasonably priced, micro and frig. Comfortable bed, lots of tv channels. Plenty of close to room parking walkable dinner type restaurant with tasty food. No real amenities. bathroom had no shelf for supplies or trash can. Seemed like some guests lived there. Easy drive to Falls Park and downtown. Very easy access to highway. Great base if not spending much time at the hotel. Staff was friendly but minimal. "

"The alarm was set for 5am so we were woken too early. The blackout blind hardware was broken but we were able to close it fully. Otherwise, Great location. Clean hotel. Good bedding. Spacious rooms."

There were no clean towels in the pool area to use and when we pulled the shower curtain closed to shower, there was a dirty used washcloth hanging on the curtain. It was not a well cleaned facility in comparison to other expresses we have stayed at."
