"My family of six people had a blast at the hotel! The kids loved the pool, we all enjoyed the delicious hot breakfast, and the rooms were clean, well-air-conditioned, and had everything we needed. We also loved that they had a huge selection of DVDs you could rent (and they give you popcorn along with the rental).
The only drawback is when we checked in, they didn't tell us that housekeeping doesn't service the rooms during your stay, and we didn't see anything referencing this in the rooms. They were supposed to tell us that if we needed anything, we just mark it on a form and the front desk would take care of it. That would've been really handy to know up front! Hopefully it was just a one-time oversight."
