"Great service"

"Beautiful resort in the middle of many elephant sanctuaries. We had a great pool villa. The pool is huge but they are not maintaining and cleaning the pool by the villas appropriately. There is not enough water in the pool by the villas. The upper pool is good. Location great for seeing elephants. The bikes were great to use. The lady working the front desk was always so helpful. We were charged for getting a bucket of ice. For being a 5 star resort … thus surprised us."

"Nice and laidback resort, with good parking facilities. Spectacular view to Doi Luang Chiang Dao. Our room was big and have big balcony, and access to edge pool. Hugh bathroom. "

"Ein friedlicher Ort inmitten der Natur mit freundlichen Menschen, aufmerksamem Service und schönen Zimmern. Sehr zu empfehlen. Nicht leicht zu finden, aber das ist vielleicht ganz gut so ;)"

The surroundings are quiet and serene, making it easy to disconnect and recharge. The owner is incredibly kind and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always happy to help. We were a group of 23 people, and every one of us had a wonderful experience. We highly recommend this...

"The staff was beyond nice! When I was scammed and left in a jungle village by a grab-driver, they went to come pick me up, gave me food and respected my wishes when I told them I was mainly there to relax on my own and didn’t want to be disturbed all too much"

"A very lovely place; the rooms are spacious and the view is beautiful. It is worth noting that you will need a vehicle once you are there—whether for sightseeing or dining out—as the hotel is in a remote location."

"Very beautiful place. Friendly staff, peaceful and quiet."

"Service is very good. The place is clean, safe, and the atmosphere is good. If you go on a trip outside the city, it is appropriate to stay here."

"The hotel was CLOSED when we showed up within the check-in time. Hotels.com is not refunding and the hotel doesn't answer due to language barriers."
