"Nice decor inside… classic European feel in common areas and stairways. Amazingly helpful and friendly staff during all (morning, afternoon, and evening) shifts!!! That included physically helping with bags but also helping with suggestions for things to do in the area (and what might not be worth the time). The breakfast options that we tried were delicious!! (Mango avocado toast with side of eggs, and egg, cheese, and bacon on toast). They also weren’t sticklers for every detail (my...

"Absolutely perfect. Delicious breakfast with vegetarian options. Beautiful and spacious building with a nice garden at the entrance. The staff was incredible, and helped me figure out day plans, take away breakfast, even flower delivery for a friend. 10/10 Thank you everyone at Baan Hanibah. 🙏"

"Absolutely beautiful property. The staff were very kind and very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Thank you for helping make our first time in Thailand a memorable one. We hope to visit again some day!"

"Lovely, relaxing location as easy tuk tuk ride away to all the local shops, markets and more. Beautiful gardens and very welcoming staff! Highly recommend, excellent value with delicious breakfast and drinks. Try the Butterfly pea tea 🍵 "

"Excellent value. Location was perfect, room was always clean and comfortable (albeit without window) and the staff were very obliging. Only negative was that our room doorlock didn't work properly and the door could actually be opened with little force. Otherwise, definitely book again"

"Very noisy bedroom in fromt of the street. Weak breakfast, no eggs. Sinks is outside of the bathroom."

"Clean hotel. Walking distance to both Saturday and Sunday street markets. "

"I had a great stay at HeyHa house. The couple who runs the guest house are Chiang Mai natives. They are super fun to talk to and give great advice. They are laid back and offer nice coffee, tea, and snacks downstairs. The room itself was big and luxurious, with a huge bed. It was clean and they added fresh towels and made up the bed everyday. The air conditioning worked wonderfully, and was a great escape from the April heat in Northern Thailand. The neighborhood was a little outside the city,...

"Everything is good except hotel breakfast can be more variety."

"El hotel estaba muy lindo muy bien ubicado, el cuarto de madera pero muy lindo no podía creer el precio para el lugar, está muy bien hibicado muy lindas calles, negocios mucho y todo muy bien ubicado regresaría ahí todas las veces que vos"

"The location is very convenient, close enough to Old Town to walk everywhere easily, but still far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and we especially loved the balcony. It even had its own sink, which was such a practical and unique touch. One thing to note is that there’s no elevator. We were lucky to be staying on the second floor, so it wasn’t too bad for us, but it could be a bit challenging if you have a lot of luggage."

"Clean room. Location not very interesting or attractive. Not much going on"

"In Old Town, very nice, convenient for our needs and within the area for hotel pickup for our tours. Worked great for us!"

"We were really impressed, great rooms (double and twin next door for teenagers). Rooms very clean and high end. Breakfast amazing. Reception staff very helpful. Loads of laundry places close to drop. We actually used a coin operated one for 30 baht! Close to Thai boxing arena. We loved it there. Uncle restaurant pricey for Thailand but excellent food and drinks. We went twice."

"Staffs were amazing and location is good plus for food and laundry self service location is right outside the gate."
