"This place is excellent, highly recommend. This is an oasis in Ayutthaya! I loved the staff atention, they received me with a fresh brew orange juice. Then the room was perfect and extremely clean, with refrigerator and two water bottles free. The bed was orthopedic mattress that allowed me to sleep over. "I would not recommend this property to anyone who does not speak Thai or have their own car. We were mislead by their decriptionn of the property, where it claimed it was a 2 minute walk to the ruins and that they had a pool.There was no one at reception the whole time, no manager we could talk to and we had to find the cleaning staff to try and check us in. "Beautiful, simple room overlooking the river. Staff was very nice and friendly, however, seemed to be new and untrained in the hospitality industry. The place could use a good cleaning - the ceiling lights were full of dead flies. Breakfast is included, but very simple. Functional, but not great. The restaurant, however, is excellent.
