"We had a great comfortable room and everything was fine. We really appreciate the water cooler on every floor to minimize the use of plastic bottles and have access to as much water as we need. Staff is extremely efficient when there is an issue. We have stayed here many times and will continue to do so."

"We had a very pleasant stay overall. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The family room was perfect – spacious, comfortable, and well suited for travelling with children. The only downside was the bathroom smell, which was quite unpleasant. It seemed like an air trap had not been fitted properly, allowing odours to come through the plumbing. This did affect our comfort during the stay. Aside from this issue, everything else was very good, and with this plumbing problem resolved, the hotel would be an excellent choice for families."
