"Aksara Heritage is a phenomenal boutique hotel in Chiang Mai. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful and made us feel extremely safe and comfortable. Within an hour of arriving they had a massage and mani pedi booked for us and a tour arranged for next day. The grounds are well kept and the surrounding area is very walkable with tons of food and shopping options. Dao and Ming were both instrumental to our stay in Chiang Mai! Would definitely recommend. "

"3박 하면서 많은 직원들 만났는데 전부 정말 친절하고 잘 대해 주십니다. 치앙마이 여행 중에 다른 곳에서는 외국인에게 적대적인 것 같은 이상한 느낌을 몇 번 받은 적이 있어서 더 귀하게 느껴집니다. 위치는 왓 프라싱 바로 옆이라 더할 나위 없이 훌륭하고, 타패 게이트 반대편이라 약간 한적한 느낌도 좋았어요. 방 청소, 전반적인 위생 상태 전부 좋구요. 아침 식사도 훌륭합니다. 조식 구성과 초록초록 분위기한 너무 예쁘고, 벌레도 없어요. 저희 방 위치가 조식 장소 바로 옆이라 아침 시간에 시끄러울까봐 다소 걱정했는데, 숙박객들도 아주 조용히 서로를 배려하는 분위기가 자연스럽게 조성되더군요. 다음에 치앙마이 또 간다면 다시 묵고 싶습니다."
