We got the 2nd floor 2-queen room with balcony and spectacular view of the mountain and ranch full of cute goats, sheep, and turkeys. The 300-building is one of the best view areas. "I stayed in the 600s building. It seems recently renovated. It was perfect for our trip to the Zion Narrows. Lovely view, pool, access to Springdale, and friendly front desk staff. I highly recommend it."

No linens on the pullout or in the room and took two trips down to the front desk to get them (no one picked up the phone) and a wait of over an hour. Dated towels, linens, and furniture. For the price tag, I expected much better. The staff that we talked to were amazing and accommodating, but they were spread too thin. Save your money and stay someplace else. "

"I recently stayed at The Montclair in Springdale. While the pool and hot tub area were nice, the overall experience did not meet expectations. The suite was expensive, and I expected a clean, properly maintained room with the amenities described at the time of booking. Unfortunately, the room was not as described. "We got a really warm welcome when we first arrived. The woman who checked us in gave us our grab and go breakfast the night before so we could head to Zion earlier in the day which was super helpful for our trip. "

"Was a last minute decision to go to Zion and was looking for a ln inexpensive option since we weren’t going to be in the room much. We were in until 2 and it was tiny, like toilet in the shower tiny, but it had everything we needed. Great location and AMAZING BREAKFAST included at Oscar’s. Staff was super helpful and communication was great. We took a dip in the hot tub too and it was lovely. Would stay again in a larger unit next time.
