"Hotel was wonderful, but the Tram to do ballpark was a disappointment. There’s a free tram that will take you to the park. It’s first come first serve but if it’s full you’re waiting an hour to the next one. Also taking the tram back the workers (not affeliated w the hotel) were not helpful at all. I told them which holiday day inn I was staying at and they still put me on the wrong tram. Otherwise the hotel is great location, Denny’s walking distance. Hotel is clean and workers were helpful"

"Location! Location! Location! If you have a concert at Arlington music hall, this place is close and a very easy walk. There are many restaurants near by and things to do after the concert. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Beds are super comfy. Biggest negative is the train. Property is right next to train tracks. But, if you listen to white noise or something else at night, you may not notice. "

"We stay here every year! This time we stayed for 4 nights, 5 days and we requested housekeeping come and clean every day and they did the absolutely best job. The staff were very nice and attentive. Everything was well cleaned and maintained. No complaints! Breakfast is made-to-order; so they have a menu to choose from for a small price. Everything seemed to be $10 or less!"

"Hotel stay was great was a seamless stay staff is great, room very clean and stocked up, clean swimming area, great parking availability, I would like to see the breakfast cutoff last longer than 9 am we missed that but they still had great coffee and also the table umbrella was missing from the pool area Which would have been nice but all in all a great stay plus we were there for the Rangers game and the trolley ride to and back from the game is awesome didn’t worry about parking at the game....

"Everything seemed designed to please the customers to the pleasant feeling: interior design is modern, HVAC system is efficient and particularly quiet to the hearing, parking is convenient and ample, breakfast is complete and excellent including oatmeal mixed with sausage, pancake, egg wrap, very crispy bacon pleasing even the tough tastes, yogurt, milk, good coffee machines, fruits, and Wifi is convenient."
