"We were quite confused about parking after 2 different front desk employees gave us different parking instructions. “Just park in the open lot…or…Park in the parking garage.” They neglected to tell us that WE pay to park, although the first employee seemed to suggest parking was included in the hotel price. We wasted a good 30 minutes trying to figure out the parking payment system for hotel guests, but finally chose the garage, now at a higher price due to dynamic event pricing with an event at the nearby Palace Theater that evening which we were attending. There was nobody around from the Albany Parking Authority to ask what to do although they had a number of their vehicles parked around the 2 lots. But no actual parking “ officers” to assist. Please clarify to those staying at your hotel. Other than that, we have no other complaints. It was a great place to stay, and very close to the Palace Theatre. But that parking situation needs to be clarified."

"While the room was large and clean, there was a hole in the sheets (small like a cigarette burn), and the hallway carpets were filthy and stained. The breakfast looked delicious and the fresh grapes were excellent. And the elevator did a weird extra movement once it was stopped at the floor. The highway noise was louder than anticipated."

"We loved our stay at the recently renovated Adelphi. We were upgraded to a suite and the bathroom and room were amazing. The prosecco upon arrival was a nice touch. They were all about the details that make you feel welcomed. The valet staff greeted you and got the car around quickly when needed. Items in the mini bar were complimentary and refilled when you used something. You could control all the lights and drapes and shades bedside and from the entry. There were heated towel racks, a heated floor and electronic bidet toilet with a heated seat, plus a huge soaking tub & a huge walk-in shower. The workout room was well-equipped, including a bathroom and sauna. The location was great and within walking distance of lots of shops and dining options, as well as a nice park. We would stay here again."

"The property and staff were great! The only thing that is disappointing is there used to be complimentary coffee/tea in the lobby for guests. There is now a machine that costs $3 per cup. The room cost is on the higher end, and I think they should return to the complimentary coffee/tea. It was a disappointing change from my previous stays."
