"I didn’t expect much for the price but this place is the stuff of nightmares. The furniture looks like it was picked up off the side of the road. The chair by the desk was a flimsy wheeled chair, the kind you pick up for a couple of bucks because you know your kid is going to trash it anyway. This on looked like it was retired from decades in a teenagers room, then set on fire. The bathroom door didn’t shut and the white paint was smeared with filth all over. "The young receptionist was sitting behind bullet proof glass and didn't greet us with a smile. She was very soft talker and I don't think she loved her job. Flyer at check in explained how they were collecting an additional $100 for security deposit for damages...that didn't seem very welcoming. The halls were marked up with plaster patches - the floor light didn't work in the room. There was only one bedside table - had to drag chair over to my side of the bed to put my photo and water. "Not a nice place! Mattress & flooring was ripped in several places. Ceilings stained. Front desk employees were rude! Breakfast consisted of hard boiled eggs and instant coffee. Don’t waste your $$$ go down the street"

They went above and beyond for us and the other guests by helping us get the shuttle to the concert, making sure we were all happy with drinks etc… you could tell that they really cared . We will definitely be back. Such a great experience because of them."

"The room was very nice and staff were very friendly and helpful. Wonderful location. My only complaint is while the towels were large enough and very soft they did not absorb water very well. The was a very nice coffee shop in the hotel. The building is historical and they are still working on some of the details so anticipate things getting even better"

"Clean and comfortable location for a stop traveling from OH to MA. Did not use the pool but good place for kids to let off energy. I was traveling with a dog and it was an additional $50 dollars. The location was right off the highway and there was a walking path and field to take your dog out safely."
